Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with OneNode, you agree to follow all server rules, payment rules, and support guidelines.

You must provide accurate information when ordering a server. Any false, incomplete, or misleading details may delay your setup or approval.

We reserve the right to refuse service, pause a server, or remove access if a customer violates our policies or abuses our services.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the server within the first 24 hours, you may request a refund. In that case, a 20% service fee will be deducted from the total payment.

Refund requests made after 3 days from the payment date will not be accepted.

Refunds are only available if the issue is reported fairly and the service has not been heavily used or abused.

Payments & Discounts

All payments must be completed using the approved payment methods listed by OneNode.

Do not argue with staff about discounts or try to force a lower price. Discounts are optional and are given only when we choose to offer them.

Payment confirmation may be required before your server is created, renewed, or upgraded.

Server Usage Rules

Servers must be used for lawful and safe purposes only. Any harmful, illegal, or abusive activity is not allowed.

Excessive spam, exploitation, or attempts to damage the network may result in suspension without notice.

We may move, limit, or temporarily stop a server if needed for maintenance, protection, or performance reasons.

How long does server setup take?

Setup time depends on the order details, but most servers are prepared as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.

Can I change my server details later?

Some details can be changed after setup, but major changes may require staff approval or a new order.

What if I have a problem with my server?

Contact our staff as soon as possible. We will review the issue and help you with the next steps.

Are discounts guaranteed?

No. Discounts are not guaranteed and are only provided at our discretion.
